The Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan has expressed its resentment regarding the pro-Armenian resolution of the Chamber of Deputies of Luxembourg.
The Chamber of Deputies of Luxembourg on Thursday unanimously adopted the decision to assist Armenia and establish peace and stability in its region.
The statement by the Committee of International and Inter-Parliamentary Relations of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan notes that the Committee "strongly protests against the adoption of a biased and non-objective resolution by the Chamber of Deputies of Luxembourg on May 16, 2024, and firmly condemns this action targeting our country.”
Considering that the aforesaid resolution by the Chamber of Deputies of Luxembourg has called for respecting international law, the aforementioned reaction by the Azerbaijani parliament seems quite strange.
